Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor the sales team the daily works such as: sample making, MPR making, material purchasing and sourcing, follow up the production plan and the shipment plan
- Evaluate the competencies and job performance of all the members of the team on a regular basis in order to improve their skills and capabilities
- Manage and allocate the work to staffs based on their experience, and workload
- Responsible to ensure all company requirements, policies, procedures involving Quality, Pricing, Development and Production are implemented and maintained across customer base
- Monitor all the activities within the department and address potential problems
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: HCMC
Job Requirements
- At least 15 years experience to work at the similar position for garment / backpack company with min 8 years as management level
- Strong experience and skill in management, negotiation and problem –solving
- Fluent in English communication.
