Job Descriptions

• Responsible to support and assist Manager in monitoring and guiding IE Staff on the sewing floor
• Ensure to implement SMV for the bulk production process
• Ensure the production activities to operate the efficacy, productivity and quality improvement
• Involve to technical support on the sewing floor including the method improvement, operation breakdown, line balancing…
• Implement to analyzing production data to identify gaps and propose improvements
• Work with related teams to ensure the delivery and efficiency targets
• Coordinate with HR teams to build up the training and guidance programs for line leader on the best work methods
• Prepare the IE reports to IE Manager
• Other task will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Quang Nam

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience to work at the similar position in the garment industry
• Good knowledge in SMV, line balance, time study…
• Good knowledge about sewing machines
• Good at English communication.
