Responsible to assistant Production Manager in performing the responsibility the smooth production operation in order to ensure to meet the target of company’s business
Control and manager to lead the sewing and finishing team to achieve KPI as per the schedule
Build up the the weekly meeting with production leaders to show up the week achievement and find out the solution for prevention and improvement impact to KPI of departments
Coordinate with relevant teams to set up the training courses to ensure the line leaders to find the best methods to balance the lines
Check and follow up the lean concept, Kaizen and automation to improve efficiency and quality within the production floor
Work closely with planning team and follow up the production status to make sure all orders meet to shipment date as per the requirement of customers
Work with QA team to ensure the quality standard of customers before the ontime delivery
Report directly to Production Manager
Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Location: Bac Giang

Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning

At least 8 years experience to work in the garment field with min 3 years experience at the similar position for garment manufacturing factory with the size from 500 staffs
Good skills in management, negotiation, presentation and problem – solving
Have experience and knowledge about Kaizen, Lean…
Good at English communication.
