Job Description

• Supporting to Manage the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse
• Managing a team within the warehouse Department
• Maximizing space usage at the warehouse Department
• Being responsible for the logistics of goods for inbound and outbound process
• Implementing efficiently the multiple tasks throughout the warehouse facility.
• Setting aside storage areas for new stock
• Building and implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the warehouse staff.
• Ensuring the full implementation of quality standards
• Planning future warehouse capacity requirements.
• Co-coordinating with the planning team to assure timely availability of goods.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations

Working location: Bac Giang, Vietnam

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in at the same position in the garment manufacturing company with the size of 3,000 + labors
• Motivation and management skills
• Good communication in English
