Job Descriptions
- Responsible to meet the customer’s needs and search for potential new customers in the field of high-end office uniforms
- Maintain existing business relationships while establishing new business relationships with potential corporate customers
- Make quotes and offers according to customer requirements based on approved prices
- Draft contracts after customers have basically agreed and carry out the necessary procedures between customers and the company until signing the contract
- Directly implement, and handle arising issues
- Receive and handle customer complaints about issues related to orders
- Work with the Production/Engineering department to ensure order quality
- Understand the company’s products and learn and grasp competitors’ products
- Propose new solutions and plans to improve work efficiency and promote business
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( off 2 Saturdays per month)
Working Location: Hanoi & HCMC
Job Requirements
- Graduated from college or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the field of garment, fashion sales….Prefer candidates to work in garment companies and uniforms
- Proficient in office software: Word, Excel,…
- Good at English communication.
