Strictly manage and ensure all the accounting transactions are complied with the law and company’s policies and procedures and Vietnam accounting/tax regulations;
Generate monthly & yearly and ad-hoc reports to Management Board, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues;
Review, verify and analyze expenditure of the Company to ensure they are properly managed;
Do cost control in efficient manner;
Do Cash Control and Cash Flow Management;
Following up the process of payment to suppliers and collection from customers/tenants;
Organizing, planning, coordinating and completing of year-end audit;
Oversee the Company’s financial status, its liquidity and cash flows, and the security of its assets;
Assisting in forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets;
Maintain records in safe and confidential manner;
Liaising with Banks, Tax Authorities, Auditor and other related parties;
Developing and maintaining accounting internal system in order to ensure adequacy and deficiency of accounting structure;
Work with the Board of Directors, other divisions and functions to set up and maintain internal control policies to minimize risks and ensure that all business operation activities are in control;
Do other tasks as BOD requests;
Supervising and training of accounting staff to provide good quality resources in good practices.

Working Location: Long An

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Graduated BA or MBA in the filed of accounting and finance
At least 5 years working as the same position for foreign manufacturing company in Vietnam. Garment experience will be preferred
Deeply – knowledge about accounting and finance
Excellent English
