Job Description

• Monitoring orders, fabrics and other production materials related to the characteristics of each type and product code.
• Manage and supervise production plans and coordinate with other departments to ensure production and product quality meet technical requirements, delivery schedule. Making the master plan for production
• Make sure to supervise your department meeting your goal by day, month, year.
• Apply knowledge, principles and procedures of the supply chain, materials management as well as logistics to complete complex jobs.
• In charge of a trainer, lead inexperienced staff members as well as build the necessary personnel force in departments.
• Working location: Hung Yen, Vietnam
• Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in the same position in the footwear industry.
• Know & understand the operating processes of the factory
• Capable of assessing production volumes
