Job Description

• Research the market to identify new trends, seek design inspiration; capture the needs of the customers that the business is aiming for, from which there are appropriate design orientations.
• Manage the design process from concept to final design.
• Collaborate with team members to choose seasonal themes, edit and create new concepts;
• Create production sketches for development packages (Develop templates from the sketch on paper or on the computer (shape, the idea of product details); Develop ideas for collections)
• Make sure the product matches the business strategy
• Check the style and size of the product for presentation
• Introduce a mood board, color scheme and sample to customers
• Working location: Hung Yen, Vietnam
• Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Have 2 – 3 years of experience in footwear design.
• Graduated from Fashion Design or related major.
• Creativity, aesthetic taste and sensitivity to colors, materials, and patterns.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion.
