Responsible to build up the ethical policy depend on the Local law and customer policy then applies for the factory
Implement to research potential compliance issues and updates of local and national labor laws
Contact and work directly with buyer for Social compliance, C-TPAT and Technical audit
Do the internal audit at the factories and build up the orientation action plan
Observe all sites at the factory and make the report for the customer about their requirements to factories
Visit the factories frequently to check about the action plan and do the corrective action
Research and update the concern local laws and customer requirements and transfer for the factories
Have the meeting with the customers to get new updates
Prepare and attend the audit of third party at the factories
Communicate and receive the information from feedback of customer: environment, safe, health conditions at the company are fit with the customer’s requirements
In charge and training about company regulation, internal policy, security, health & safety for worker
Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: HCMC

At least 8 years experience to work at the similar position for manufacturing company. Prefer candidates who has experience in Garment Company.
Good proven – experience about the laws, regulation…
Good at English communication.
