Job Description

* Credit control management

• Assess Credit Applications prepared by the Sales Department, co-ordination of supporting documentation, provision of opinion and presentation to Manager/Director for review and to the Board for approval and submission to Marubeni Corporation as required.
• Provide to the managers/senior staff, when requested, up to date information on credit limits in order to ensure that these limits are not exceeded

* Account receivables management:

• Ensure the correction of account receivable balances
• Monitor the performance of AR collection and liaison with managers/senior staff as ppropriate regarding major problematic accounts
• Collect AR confirmation semi-annually
• Make payment requests to customers for collection
• Undertake customer visits on problematical accounts as and when required

* Treasury management:

• Manage foreign exchange operations: making the FX exposure report, dealing with banks for hedging arrangement to ensure to minimize FX risk
• Manage cash balance: Booking daily cash receipt, making the daily cash report, reconciling monthly cash accounts
• Maintain the customer’s database in the system
• Organize and implement the storage and retention of credit and FX documents

* Insurance management:

• Manage insurance policies to ensure minimising costs while achieving an appropriate level of cover, including arranging insurance policy and claim
• Monthly declaration

* Other tasks

• Finish all related jobs appointed by Direct supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or closely related areas
• At least 1 year experience on related fields
• Have basic knowledge of finance & credit
• Good command of English
• Good analytical skill, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure with high sense of responsibility, careful and enthusiastic
