Job Description
- Maintain the system, review and evaluate the risk of the system, proposal for improving the system, and properly improve the system.
- Conduct internal/external updates on the changes in the standards, requirements, system, structure, and mechanism. Provide education to relevant parties or personnel from departments, functions, production floors, and management.
- Attend necessary internal/external training, workshops of clients for the purpose of maintaining the stable system.
- Conduct the root cause for all the concerns, problems, and develop the preventive proposals to the General Director.
- Implement, monitor and maintain the success of the programs and projects.
- Extend the assistance and support to the team members, the projects and activities of the departments.
- Upload CAP and proof in the client system
- Working location: Hai Phong, Vietnam
- Working time: Office hour from Monday – morning Saturday
Job Requirements
- Have 5+ years of working experience in CSR
- At least 3 years in managerial level
- Good in English
