Job Description
- Oversee the operation of the Finance team
- Prepare financial reports, budget, forecast, working capital and liquidity
- Analyze profitability per customer, per order. Analysis factors which cause the increase in cost per minute, cost of sales
- Coordinate with other Business Unit Managers to ensure company performance meets approved targets and follow up the action plan of business continuous improvement
- Analysis profitability per customer, per order
- Coordinate with various departments including sales, merchandising, production to solve emerging issues
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate finance and accounting standards are maintained
- Liaise with local tax authorities (CIT tax return, VAT refund, tax inspections…)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Working location: Hai Phong, Vietnam (Have Dorm)
Working time: Office hour from Monday – morning Saturday
Job Requirements
- Graduate from University with a major in Economics, Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in position in manufacturing companies with more than 2,000 employees
- Have working experience in the garment industry is an advantage
- Good in English
