Responsible for activities including planning, coordinating, developing and managing production operation and sourcing global customers
Responsible to make the plan for sales and profit for Merchandising Department according to the company’s strategy
Research and analyze the operation of customer’s business to understand their market position, price, products…
Responsible to build the development of a work strategy in Vietnam and global (if having) in order to satisfy the customer’s needs
Source and build up factories/vendors across Vietnam and other neighbor area (if needed)
Coordinate with factories/vendors and tech team to ensure quality of products as per requirement of customers
Be a liaison among customers, vendors/factories and internal teams
Responsible to monitor the revenues and expenses at Merchandising Department according to target and direction of the company
Coordinate with merchandising leaders for related target
Make the plan to travel to meet the customs both Vietnam and abroad
Meet regular factories/vendors to establish and expand the base for business
Lead directly the teams for VN business.

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: HCMC

At least 15 years in garment industry with 5 years working as Director of Merchandising
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
