Job Descriptions

• Responsible to ensure the dyehouse and dyelab operations to comply the regulation and requirement based on the standard
• Arrange the works of staff and build up the KPI and processes of the laboratory to ensure to meet the target
• Research, propose and apply Technology and improvement to achieve the productivity and efficiency within the department
• Implement to apply the continuous improvement of lab into the bulk production to ensure the colour quality of new recipes and efficiency of the bulk process
• Work with related teams to set up the training programs to staff and new comers to achieve the skills and technical knowledge on their work
• Attend the meetings with internal teams and customers to study and ensure to meet their expectation
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Hung Yen

Job Requirements

• Graduated the bachelor or above with the major in chemistry or environment
• At least 5 years at the similar position for Textile Company
• Good knowledge in colour physics and dyeing technology
• Good at English communication.
