Job Description

• Communicate and coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Merchandising and Product Development teams to understand the need and requirement of customers. At the same time, search and update the trends of local and global markets on knit fabric
• Be in charge of sourcing and developing fabric including request for quotations, negotiation with suppliers, arrangement and testing the fabric samples, suggestion the best suppliers (evaluation in quality, service and cost) to the sales & merchandising team. Build, develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
• Responsible to seek to the best price with suppliers and continue to improve with manufacturing counterparts about the FOB price and margin outcomes of the list of assigned goods
• Support factories & vendors in any time to coordinate sample and bulk shipment deliveries and quality assurance / control
• Be a liaison among buying, quality, supply chain and sourcing team.
• Responsible for ensuring strong communication and cooperation with suppliers and buying teams to ensure accurate order tracking.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Merchandising Manager

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience at the same position for garment/apparel company
• Familiarization with software such as DSS, GBSS, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)…
• Time management and negotiation skills
• Good English communication skills
