Job Description

• Responsible to monitor the whole production activities at the factory from cutting/sewing/quality & technical/finishing, packaging, shipping…
• Overall in-charge of production process and monitor daily production schedule & output to meet the on time delivery as per the requirement of customer
• Manage production floor to ensure the productivity, quality and reduce cost.
• Responsible for training and development the new sewing methods to all supervisors and operators.
• Monitor the mechanic team to ensure production flow on the floor smoothly and efficiently
• Responsible to ensure the Safety, Healthy and Environmental for all staffs at the factory
• Be a leader and participate projects such as Lean, 5S.. Production process
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Ha Nam

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as similar position for garment manufacturing factory
• Experience to work with Jacket items is a plus
• Fluent in English
