Job Description

• Review accounting books at month-end closing; Evolve and develop the month-end reporting cycle to facilitate the reduction in the time taken to close each month.

• Provide monthly PnL variance analysis & Rolling forecast;
• Prepare budgets & financial reports related to budgets;
• Review & monitor approved budgets;
• Provide advice on the risks on Finance & Accounting, improvement in F&A processes, procedures that might be impacted to management;
• Development the Finance & Accounting team for improvements in processes, procedures; provide motivation, performance appraisal; development and coaching;
• Drive Finance & Accounting contract negotiations with suppliers to save the cost;
• Provide support to Country Manager, Regional office to implement Finance & Accounting company policies
• Check and post Accounting journals to AX; Provide F&A team delegation & system access rights to Region; provide advice on issues in group project AX Finance system implementation might be impacted to management.
• Ad-hoc jobs per Management request.

Working location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Have 3 – 5 years of working experience in the same position.
• Good in English
