Responsible to monitor Finance activities of company in Vietnam from daily operations until the end of Month
Be in charge of preparing the Annual Budget & monthly plan to provide the feedback with Board of Management in Vietnam and Group
Responsible to prepare: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.. to forecast and review business profitability to management
Control the Budget and review all documents at the time of payments, any expenses to report and advise with management
Supervisor the business fund flow through Treasury Management and then make the plan to balance on liquidity & risk.
Responsible to update and control all the report into the system, including Balance, Production report, Inventory…
Review Balance sheet schedules such as Bank payment, Fund, Advances settlement, Receivables…
Be a liaison between Banks and Local authorities to support and partner
Work with all other departments within the company to ensure to follow the compliance, Logistics & Warehouse as per Customs Law, Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, PIT…
Responsible to ensure all the operations are comply with the applicable Tax including VAT, Withholding Tax, Personal Tax , Corporate Tax…
Be a partner and responsible to annual External Audit for VAT, PIT & Custom
Participant and provide any feedback about new strategies for the business development of Group and company in Vietnam
Coach and train staffs
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Long An

Graduated BA or MBA or above the related major such as Finance, Accounting..
At least 8 years working in the similar position for manufacturing companies. Experience to work in garment/textile and footwear is a plus
Excellence in management, make – decisions, problem – solving, presentation skills
Proficiency in English communication
