Job Descriptions

• Responsible to analyze the garment’s fit based on the requirements of customers
• Provide the fitting comments and attend the fit sessions with relevant teams to assess the fit of garments and make necessary adjustments
• Optimize sewing methods, improve production processes, and discuss with pattern maker
• Work with Pattern teams to adjust the pattern on design software and size chart to achieve the desired fit and garment appearance
• Discuss pattern from issues with the pattern maker, raise Fitting issues, and support pattern adjustment
• Ensuring that finished garments meet the required standards of customers including of fit, comfort, workmanship and style
• Store the detailed records of fitting adjustments and alterations for future reference
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday

Working Location: Da Nang

Job Requirements

• Graduated from the related major such as garment technology, fashion designer….
• Min 4 years to work at the similar position for garment company
• Good knowledge about the pattern making, garment construction and fitting
• Good at English communication.
