Responsible to support and advice development and technical staffs of suppliers/vendors to ensure that all technical aspects are fit the styles’ requirements and the company’s quality standards.
Communicate closely and develop new lasts with the last maker and Category Manager in Head Quarter
Responsible for tooling from design sketch to CAD (2D & 3D), sample mold and production molds.
Review and approve the patterns from sample development stage to bulk production stage.
Implement to conduct the trials from sample development to sizes grading including full-size hand cut trial, Cutting Die Trial, Production Trial…
Responsible to review and approve the SOP to ensure the quality and efficiency during production process
Coordinate with internal team and supplier to support and guidance in the new construction, new treatment, and Fit Tests.
Be in charge of material development, innovation, and sourcing as per the quality standards and agreed dimensions
Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: HCMC

At least 10 years’ experience in the footwear industry. Prefer candidates who has experience in Children’s shoes.
Experience to work in factory and work experience in Vietnam and Southeast Asia is a must.
Have knowledge in Children’s shoes (from Toddler to Junior, size range EU18-40) in different categories, including outdoors (low-cut, mid-cut, high-cut), sandals, casual sneakers, rain boots, PU injection…
Experience to review and approve the CAD files (2D & 3D), printed mock-up, wooden molds for casting, sole products, pattern, products construction, waterproof styles
Good knowledge in footwear development, commercialization, and production
Great knowledge about components in footwear, pricing, sourcing, and quality
Willing to travel in Vietnam and abroad if required
Good at English written and verbal skill.
