Job Descriptions

• Coordinate closely with factories to process garment orders, check sample status and production status
• Update order status on the internal system
• Send reports and arrange sample shipment
• Balance raw materials and garment costs
• Work with factories to resolve unexpected issues during production and after shipment.
• Maintain constant communication with the team, warehousing department, import/export department, accounting department, and QA department on related issues
• Monitor and control inventory
• Track production batches and claim compensation from suppliers if problems arise
• Establish and manage the monitoring of all purchasing activities.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for submission to  manager
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month)

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good at English communication.
