Based on sample Finalized SMV with Operation breakdown from head office costing team, check with production IE team to find the best method for bulk production, and confirm the final SMV and Operation breakdown.
Coordinate with the team of design / tech for well – understanding any styling, fit/ construction or materials
Suggest the suitable sewing constructions base on Customer sketch to perform new development styles.
Propose and drive handover meetings and keep in touch with the relate departments.
Submit fit logs for all samples produced and keep recorded logs of styling, fit, pattern & construction changes.
Check the appearance of sample from its construction and fitting to ensure garment meet the requirement customer before sending to Customer.
Discuss and work closely with pattern maker to perform customer fit comment for pattern adjustment.
Check tech pack information is accurate and issued to the factory PP team on time.
Assist and work with factory PP team on difficult styles or new processes.
Ensure material testing results are complete, reported & recorded – copies maintained in the tech pack.
Arrange Factory Pre-production meeting & summarize Pre-production notes on time.
Coordinate with sample sewing team & sample coordinator to control and ensure sample on-time delivery.
Train staffs to understand company workflow, follow-up and action tasks.

Working Location: Bac Giang

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning
