Job Description

• Responsible for entire operation of the Plant including administration & running independently.
• Build and implement the budgets /Manpower plan, evaluation and design the business module according to the strategy of Group business development
• Finalize and approve the Sales/Plant budgets to ensure to meet the set profit margins.
• Involve the Strategic planning & business strategy implementations
• Update and maintain discipline of all staff and handling all disciplinary related issues within the factory
• Implement and remain the Industry standards such as Lean, 5S & KAIZEN Cultures etc.. .
• Manage and control all disciplinary issues and conduct preliminary inquiries within the property.
• Solve all compliance issues & health and safety in the factory
• HR administration.
• Implement and monitor factory procedures/ systems
• Other tasks will be assigned by the Board of Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience as General Manager/Managing Director/Operation Director for Textile/Apparel/Garment manufacturing company
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent in English
