Job Description

• Responsible to monitor all the activities within the factory
• Responsible to manage, control and improve operation system, production and policies of company
• Set up and supervisor KPI for each department of the factory
• Be in charge in planning, coordinating, ensuring and improvement the performance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness and profitability of all the department of the factory
• Oversee the operational overall such as production, finance, human resources, IT, sales, engineering, planning, warehouse, maintenance and facilities…
• Responsible in annual budgeting, financial planning process for the company in Vietnam
• Involve to orient the business plan and strategy of company
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure Safety, Healthy and Environmental, rules and regulations within the factory
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Binh Duong

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years experience to work at the similar position for garment/textile/packing manufacturing company
• Proven – excellent skill and experience in communication and management
• Excellent in Verbal and Written English. Chinese speaking is a plus
