Job Description

  • Formulate & implement strategy and general direction: Participate in setting vision, mission, and strategy
    for Company.
  • Set up & adjust the company’s organizational structure, design work according to each stage of
    development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skill and build constructive working relationships across the company.
  • Responsible for internal communication on Human Resource issues under the Board of Directors and
    Senior Management.
  • Plan and manage the Human Resources department’s operating budget, responsible for efficiency.
  • Formulate and develop regulations, processes, regulations and work instructions for human resource
    management activities: salary regulation, bonus ‐ welfare regulation, evaluation, recruitment….
  • Forecasting the company’s human resource needs and recruiting managers (from head of department
    and above).
  • Develop internal regulations, collective bargaining agreements and settle labor relations from the head of
    the department upwards.
  • Identify the company’s cultural values and implement action programs to build corporate culture.
  • Set training goals and implement training programs and career development roadmaps for employees.
  • Manage day‐to‐day operations of the Human Resources department by reviewing HR Policies and
    Procedures
  • Acting as advisor to CEO/Plant Director in Vietnam to reinforce the company’s culture
  • Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Labor Regulations
  • External relations with public authorities within the scope of HR functions.

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in business administration, human resources or related majors
  • At least 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and 05 years in the position of Director
    post in a manufacturing company especially in a garment factory with a size of 5,000 or more.
  • Change management skill and innovative mindset is desired.
  • Good communication, assessment methods, recruitment, presentation, training, analysis, management.
  • Teamwork, outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • High level of English speaking and writing skills
  • High level of Computer Skills
  • High level of Public Speaking and Training and Motivational Speech abilities
