Job Description
- Identify the requirements of all HR aspects including recruitment, workforce planning, HR policy, training needs…
- Providing support timely and efficiently for HR purposes, objectives, and achievements as per company strategy and guidelines such as recruitment, communication and relations…
- Lead the process of talent management and work closely between stakeholders to ensure identify all talents with clear career development planning to maintain retention rate following the desire of the company.
- Develop leadership capability such as consulting and coaching to stakeholders.
- Take HR transformation and processes.
- Working time: 8h00 – 16h30 for Monday – Morning Saturday
- Working location: Vĩnh Phương District, Nha Trang City
Job Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in HR Management/ HR Business Partner
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Industry experience in garment, textile or manufacturing
- Ability to build constructive and deferential working relationships
- Strong project management, time management, priorities management, and change management skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- 35 – 40 years old candidates are suitable
