Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives (employee relations, workforce planning, HR policy, recruitment, and training needs) aligned with the overall business strategy, provide support efficiently and timely, to ensure the acknowledgment of HR objectives, achievements and purposes as per company strategy and guidelines
- Lead the talent management process and work closely with stakeholders to ensure all talents are identified, engaged and developed with clear career planning to maintain company desired retention rate.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Other duties as assigned
- Working time: 7h30 – 16h30 from Monday – Saturday
- Working location: Nam Dinh province, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Have in-depth knowledge of HR industry
- At least 3 years of working experience as HR Manager positions in production companies that have a scale of 3,000 or more employees
- Good in English
