Job Descriptions
- Responsible to consult the Board of Director in labour and administration legal requirement
- Build up and monitor the overall HR plan/strategy of group
- Monitor and manage all administrative activities and facilities of the company
- Control and manage the HR GA team in the field of insurance, assessment, training, salary, time record, payroll, foreigners, labour relationship, and recruitment
- Responsible to monitor HR activities in line with legal requirement, company policies and employees benefit
- Build up the policies, benefit, and payroll scale and performance analysis
- Build up the organization chart and job description for each department, position
- Coordinate with all departments to evaluate the KPI for all departments and positions
- Labour relationship
- Work with all departments within the company in launching and remaining recruitment plan
- Be a leader to organize the cultural activities for all employees: Year-end party, team building….
- Responsible to manage and be a leader training courses for whole company
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Mon – Saturday ( Off 2 Saturdays per month)
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- At least 15 years to work at the similar position and min 5 years’ experience at management level for manufacturing company
- Prefer candidate who has experience to work in garment/textile Company
- Good knowledge and experience in the employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong – proven experience in relationship management, communication, leadership
- Good at English communication.
