Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor all the HR – Admin Overview activities of both office and factory to make sure the smooth operation
- Manager directly personnel, training, and labor relations
- Advise Board of Directors on organizing policy matter and recommend the needed changes.
- Build up, propose and conduct orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Coordinate with BOD and Head of Departments to identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select the applicants
- Serve the link between the managers and staff to handing questions, administering contracts, and helping resolve work- related matters in the timely manner
- Create, conduct and manage the compensation structure that promote employee’s morale and boosted performance
- Research, update and review to develop the human resource policies and compliance according to the Labor Code
- Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Hanoi & Bac Giang
Job Requirements
- At least 12 years experience to work in the field of human resource and 5 years experience to work at the similar position for manufacturing company with size > 1,000 labors. Candidates with garment/textile/footwear experience is a plus
- Proven – experience in HR management, communication skills, problem – solving skills, negotiation skills
- Fluent in English communication.
