Job Descriptions

• Responsible to build up the manning structure of factory
• Implement the evaluation in order to make each correct position in both factory and office
• Communicate with all department of the company to build up the job description
• Build up and monitor the competency framework
• Support Board of Director in leading change managing activities
• Work with all related teams to build up the training plan, and then follow-up and manage the progress
• Provide any suggest for employee career path
• Coordinate with Head of Department for breaking down solution
• Build up Budget and Total rewards structure
• Implement to the salary survey, and base on benchmark of related industry data to have adjustment
• Analyst C&B, give out best solution in adjustment
• Manage Talent activities
• Ensure that all employee satisfy with company environment
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 12 years experience to work in the field of garment with at least 3 years experience to work as Manager for a company with min 500 labors
• Graduated relevant Bachelor of above in Human Resource Management, Administrative management, laws…
• Proven experience in relationship management, communication, leadership..
• Fluent 4 skills in English communication.
