Job Descriptions

• Responsible to design appropriate tools to support production, enhance efficiency and improve ergonomics
• Check and follow up the performance metrics and take appropriate actions to ensure performance targets are met
• Check and monitor SAM and sewing worker earnings to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Research and implement performance improvement projects on the production floor
• Research, design and improve factory layout to optimize space utilization
• Determine most efficient workflows and sequences
• Establish appropriate workflows and processes for all product types on the sewing line
• Lead the training team and technicians in improving line performance and maintaining the factory production system
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Mon – Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• Graduated from college or university majoring in Garment Technology or related fields
• At least 1 years of experience working in the garment industry
• Good at English communication.
