Job Descriptions
- Responsible to analyze the process and calculate SMV of styles for garment products
- Provide any ideas/solutions in using tools to improve SMV and optimize production process
- Conduct time studies and line balancing to improve efficiency
- Check and follow up the performance metrics and then take appropriate actions to ensure performance targets are met
- Check and follow up the sewing worker earnings and SAM to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Research and implement performance improvement projects on the production floor
- Research, design and improve plant layout to optimize space utilization
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Tay Ninh
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
- Prefer candidates who has GSD certificate/ license
- Good at English communication.
