Job Descriptions

• Responsible to analyze the Garment Process based on the document from customers
• Implement to calculate SMV of styles for production
• Study and research to provide any solutions to improve SMV and optimize production process
• Conduct time studies and line balancing to improve efficiency.
• Check and monitor performance metrics and take appropriate actions to ensure performance targets are met
• Monitor sewing worker earnings and SAM to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Research and implement performance improvement projects on the production floor
• Research, design and improve the layout of factory to optimize space utilization
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Nam Dinh

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Knowledge about GSD. Prefer candidates who own GSD certificate or license
• Good at English communication.
