Job Description
- Calculation of SMV and CM cost for all styles.
- Conducting R&D for styles
- Preparation of Operation Bulletin, line layout, workstation design
- Making all kinds MIS reports such as lost time report, cost per minute, earnings, departmental efficiency, individual efficiency etc…
- Making line performance report, factory performance report
- Hiring directs.
- Directly responsible for efficiency incentive calculations
- Individual Case studying of operations which are not achieving plan targets and analyze the situation and give suggestion to the production department to achieve the plan target.
- First three-day capacity studying, after 10 days capacity studying and after 20 days capacity studying and fine tune the layout to achieve the maximum efficiency.
- Responsible for manpower (direct) utilization.
- Calculating tread consumptions
- Working time: 7h30 – 17h30 from Monday – Saturday
- Working location: far 55km from Hanoi, Vietnam. (Have Dorms)
Job Requirements
- Graduated University in the related major
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
