Job Descriptions
- Responsible to manage all the activities of the IE Department
- Research and propose the new system in Production floor
- Instruct and monitor the IE to provide SMV for the new incoming style
- Arrange and control the manpower needed based on production planning
- Be a leader and provide the training courses and programs for IE’s (GSD, Line Balancing, How to compute for line target, performance, manpower etc.)
- Work with production teams and related teams to ensure to increase the productivity of production and the factory
- Compute for production capacity of factory
- Hold the internal meetings to propose and present the production development
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Central Vietnam
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience with min 3 years’ experience at the similar position in garment company
- Prefer candidates who own the GSD certificate/ license
- Good at English communication.
