Responsible to monitor the overall operations to find new ways to increase the efficiency through new production designs
Research to improve the labor efficiency and effectiveness
Implement to design these layouts to improve productivity, reduce waste in the workplace
Responsible to analyze processes and production schedules and design new production processes accordingly
Study and design various control systems to help minimize costs and increase production quality
Responsible to transfer the new process transfer and maintain mass production to ensure the efficiency
Conduct the evaluation of current manufacturing practices and identify to improve
Coordinate closely with a cross-functional team to monitor and drive First Pass Yield and overall labor effectiveness
Plan to design the layout and facility move(s), suggest layout change and rearrange layout due to demand
Propose any improvement idea by applying Lean/Sig sigma, contribute problem and risk assessment solving
Support Manager in coaching, mentoring and training Technicians within the Industrial Engineering team
Other tasks will be reviewed by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Qui Nhon, Binh Dinh

Graduated from the Bachelor degree of Industrial engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronic-Electrical Engineering or related majors
At least 02 years’ experience as IE/process engineer to work for manufacturing factory. Prefer candidates who work for garment factory
Knowledge about Process Mapping Analysis/ Lean/Six sigma / AutoCAD 2D, 3D (refer)/ Minitab
Good at English communication.
