Job Descriptions
- Responsible to prepare and plan for new product codes
- Analyze samples, technical documents, and sewing processes to meet the production capacity
- Set up the sewing line layout to ensure the highest productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with related teams for trial production and mass production
- Monitor and adjust the actual line distribution, balance labor between stages to ensure production progress
- Record and propose improvements in operations, equipment, and processes to optimize productivity
- Improve the line to increase productivity
- Do the operation standards
- Check and arrange the stages according to the proposed process
- Calculate the unit price of each product stage
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
Working Location: Hue
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
- Good at English communication.
