Support manager to build up and control annual audit schedule
Check and prepare audit working papers and audit reports, and then summit to send to Internal Audit Manager
Implement to conduct the audit assignments as per the requirement of manager and Board of Director
Work with teams to check and investigate employee mistakes and frauds in the company. Check compliance and validity of payment documents, evaluate the business efficiency and propose any suggests/solutions.
Identify audit issues in accordance with the objectives of assigned audits and propose any suggest to solve issues.
Present audit findings and agree relevant audit recommendations with local management and follow-up their implementations.
Check and monitor accounting and budgeting in order to ensure that they comply with company regulations and laws
Support Manager and related teams to build up a plan improve the internal control system, existing policies and procedures, propose and draft rules and processes
Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

Graduated from bachelor or above the majors such as Finance, Accounting, Auditing…
More than 8 years to work at the similar position with at least 3 years as leader for manufacturing company. Candidates with garment/textile experience is a plus
Good at English communication
Willing to travel around factories in North Vietnam ( ~ 1 week per month)
