Responsible to plan, perform and monitor audit projects according to the Global Internal Audit (GIA) methodology, system & programs adequately, effectively and efficiently
Build up the programs for training, coaching and supervising IA members for audit projects, review audit deliverables and workpapers to ensure compliance with GIA approved audit standards
Evaluate business process risks and controls, engage and work effectively with auditees on audit findings, recommendations and corrective actions, from drafting stage to final issuance of internal audit reports
Promote risk and control awareness by facilitating control self-assessment programs
Review and provide continuous feedbacks on newly developed or existing policies, procedures and processes to ensure control adequacy and effectiveness are up to date
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Ninh Binh

At least 15 years experience to work at the similar position, prefer candidates who has experience to work in garment industry
Strong project management experience, knowledge & skills in fieldwork auditing and high quality deliverables in the performance of audit projects
Strong hands-on knowledge of Internal Audit methodology and work documentation system, risk management frameworks and investigation process
Strong data analytics skills, especially excel skills, capable of delivering high quality of data analysis and data mining in auditing work
Fluent in English communication.
