Responsible to monitor all the administration and maintenance of company’s IT infrastructure
Research, update and build up the plan for IT department including budget, capability, vendors
Prepare and manage continual service improvement plans to help end users effectively with common issues in IT system
Maintain and develop upgrades of IP Phone system at local site
Monitor the optimal process support, admits and edits application problems and requests
Develop requirements, schedules, and budgets for IT projects and ensure projects are completed on time and within the budget of company
Develop IT standard, procedure and guideline documents
Collect and develop error reports to software developers
Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in term of funding, equipment and service levels
Conduct regular training in individual or group to make sure an adequate usage of existing system functions
Be responsible for monitoring data backups to ensure that they are completed on a regular basis

Working Location: Nam Dinh

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

At least 10 years of experience to work in the field of IT with min 3 years at the manager position
Must have experience to work at manufacturing company, prefer candidate who has experience to work for garment industry
Strong experience about IT security
Good at English communication.
