Job Description
- Keep abreast of legislative changes, maintain the online library of legal and internal regulations.
- Provide and interpret legal regulation, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to relevant departments.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal issues and develop strategies/ initiatives to avoid costly litigation actions and reduce a potential area of risks.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice/assessment on all legal matters/cases to The Company
Job Requirements
- Major in Law
- 5 years experience
- Good experience with Legal issue: Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Tax, General affairs, HR.
- Good command of English
