Job Description

• Material managêmnt, caculating and controlling demand of using material
• Preparing export documents
• Controlling export process to domestics and overseas
• Following up export shipment documentation to Customers
• Making sure that all export shipment ontime
• Having experience in checking HS code
• Managing forwarders
• Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Female from 23 ~ 30 years old
• Graduated from Universities, major in economics, import-export…
• At least 01 year of experience with the same position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint..), good knowledge about VNACC is preferable
• High responsibility in job and can work under high pressue
• Can work overtime if required
• Worked at manufaturing factories and prefer candidates who live in Hung Yen, Ha Noi, Bac Ninh
• Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills)
