Job Description
- Research and update the trend of seasonal raw material market and present seasonable product development opportunity
- Coordinate with design team to manage progress of fabric development stages and product direction
- Find out and update the situation of the raw material sustainability market including yarn, dyeing, spinning, technology and chemical development
- Responsible to develop seasonable collection based on customers’ brand character and price range
- Plan the strategic for seasonable collection with partners and other related teams to develop new business opportunities
- Evaluate existing mills related its capacity of R&D
- Develop and strengthen new mills for fabric capabilities and offerings
- Train and coach staffs
Working Location: HCMC
Working Time: Monday to Friday
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience in the same position for garment, textile mill, prefer candidate who strong experience in fabric sourcing skill
- A strong network with quality fabric suppliers in Vietnam and region
- Good fashion sense and sensitive to market trend
- Excellence in English communication
