Job Description

• Coordinate with factories to plan a Approach of a Right First Time ( RFT)
• Work with factories to establish LEAN manufacturing
• Partner with factories on continuous improvement program to implement correct production and quality process controls
• Lead and support factories through training programs for RFT and LEAN
• Report on factory performance, carryout risk analysis of supply vendors and follow corrective action plans if necessary
• Work with and provide advices with Production team in evaluating new factories.
• Discuss and coordinate with cross-functional team on standard documents/procedure/ SOPs
• Implement on-site evaluations including capability assessments
• Manage the Training programs for vendors and factories : RFT, LEAN , continuous improvement , TQM , Risk Assessment , Preproduction processes
• Implement LEAN manufacturing and TQM in factories
• Observe, evaluate and support correct Factory internal Process controls
• Manage and Implement Best practice, SOP’s, Risk Assessment and Pre – production in factories
• Investigate issues and find out the root causes to make corrective/preventative action plans

Working Location: Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience
• Proven – experience in LEAN manufacturing, Total Quality Management, Continuous improvement, Corrective Action Plan management, Risk Assessment
• Prefer candidate who owns certification of GSD, LEAN, 6 sigma green/black belt…
• Excellence in English
