Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor and manage the operation activities of marketing team to achieve the allocated KIPs as per the requirement of Board of Director
• Coordinate with sales department to increase the sales volume and maintain the image and reputation of the company
• Develop and maintain the standards and operation procedures of marketing department
• Manage the data of customers of the company and research a variety of methods to approach the new customers
• Work with related teams to develop the customer care policies in order to increase of customer retention
• Coordinate with related teams to build up the project to research the customer behavior and brand awareness
• Negotiate contracting issues with 3rd parties if needed
• Support the BOD in developing the business strategy and plan
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience to work at the same position in the field of accessories for garment/textile
• Proven – experience in building the good relationship and network with customer
• Strong skills in communication and management
• Excellent in English communication.
