Job Description

• Receive the order & check, follow sample status, sample comment for PP and FIT sample to meet the input plan. Book schedule to check the sample and conduct the PP meeting with relevant departments and the buyer.
• Issue the cutting ticket to the cutting, production department & technical department to process the cutting base on the plan.
• Following the material status from ETD to in-house, deal with the sale team & supplier to clear all the issues related to material, to ensure meet the input plan.
• Following the TOP sample-taking process.
• Following the production status to ensure the order meets the delivery.
• Deal with the customer to clear the issue that happens during the production
• Deal with the customer to book the final inspection.
• Make the packing list for shipment
• Other duties as assigned.
• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Sartuday
• Working location:  Bac Giang province, Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Graduated from Garment/Textile/Marketing/Business Administration or English Major
• Have 2+ years of working experience in the same position in the fashion or textile industry
• Excellent English
• Knowledge of FOB/CM
