Job Descriptions

• Communicate and receive tech pack from buyer and order materials for development process
• Check, update and follow material status to ensure the ontime delivery
• Translate T/P, buyer’s comments from English into Vietnamese and transfer to internal teams
• Call out any issues during the production process
• Implement to make cost sheet
• Make Material sheet for updating material status
• Make the orders to supplier for fabric and trims
• Update style information and material status on internal system
• Handle any issues during the bulk production before shipment otherwise goods will be not shipped on time
• Check with the factory teams in consumption and place order in case of shortage
• Make trim card for production
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Location: Hai Phong

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good at English communication.
