Job Descriptions

• Responsible to communicate and receive purchase orders from customers
• Work closely with factory for new sample development process
• Receive and transfer technical documents from customers for related teams
• Check and control the status of raw materials from ordering until delivery to warehouse
• Check and follow up the production schedules and involve to handle any issues arising along with relevant teams
• Coordinate with the technical team to check garment fittings as per the approval of customers
• Prepare order and cost reports on a regular basis, and propose solutions to arising issues.
• Ensure the quality of product as the standard requirement
• Ensure the ontime delivery
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Min 4 years of experience as a Merchandiser for Garment Company
• Good English communication skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
