Job Descriptions

• Responsible to communicate with buyers for the new order
• Work with related teams for the sample development process
• Communicate with suppliers for sourcing fabric and trims
• Do the costing and negotiation with fabric and trim/ accessory suppliers to get the best price and ensure the quality
• Submit the samples to buyer until the approval
• Communicate with buyer to update the order status at all stages to the relevant teams
• Follow up production schedule and ensure the ontime delivery
• Seek and select vendors for the upcoming orders based on vendor’s experience of making similar products
• Handle quality issues for sampling as well as production
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Mon – Saturday

Working Location: Da Nang

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment company
• Have experience and knowledge about the costing and FOB products
• Good at English communication.
