Job Description

• Plan and follow up the merchandising strategies.
• Work and communicate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
• Attend the meetings with buyers and factory and be a liaison between buyers and factory
• Collect the purchase order from buyer.
• Break down the order sheet.
• Prepare the order costing and price quoting.
• Responsible for the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.
• Coordinate with buyer closely until their approval
• Purchase and control the all of garments fabric, accessories & trims.
• Follow up the bulk production process to ensure product quality and production plan
• Check and ensure the shipment process per the requirement of buyer
• Update and maintain merchandising files such as time and action plan
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience at the same position for Garment Company
• Experience to work with FOB products
• Good at English and communication skills
